Steve Rivkin was a godsend during our relocation from New York to Connecticut. From the first telephone call to the final walk through, Steve was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Not knowing much about the Connecticut or the process of buying a house, he held our hands (figuratively, it's COVID) and walked us through each step. He worked fast and diligently to schedule houses for us to see, sometimes in a manner of hours. Even after we found our house, he kept us in the loop and frequently checked in to assure us that things were progressing as they should. The only sad part about closing on our house was that we would no longer have the frequent check ins from Steve, that we had come accustomed to receiving.
